Do you ship internationally?

No, for right now we only ship to Continental United States!

What shipping do you use and how many days until I receive my jerky?

All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of placing your order. Orders are shipped pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 9AM US EST (US Eastern Time) will ship on the following Monday. All domestic shipping destinations usually take 3 - 5 business days to be delivered. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.

If your jerky is not available or on back order, you will be notified and the item will be shipped as soon as possible.

Reale uses fedex express. The shipping is directly quoted from fedex using weight, distance, and package size. We use fedex express which should reach its destination in 3-5 business days. 

Once your order is placed online, we are unable to alter your order.

How do I find my shipment tracking number? 

it should take approximately 48 business hours for the tracking number to be available and activated in the fedex Mail Innovations system. Please note the tracking link is mobile device friendly. If your package still cannot be found after 48 business hours of being shipped, please email us with your full name and order number. We will get everything worked out right away!

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and for this reason, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us with "Address Change" in the subject line. Include your full name, order number, and the correct shipping address in the body of the email. We will do our best to change the shipping address before it ships. If it does ship before we are able to fix the issue, send us an email when the tracking information states that it is being returned to the sender. As soon as we receive it, we will ship you out a new package!

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Reale holdings. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Reale delivers these items to the carrier.
